The Seven Tuns Action Group, supported by the Parish Council, has been exploring the possibility of buying the freehold of our village pub. We now want to share what we’ve learned – and hear what you think!
At this meeting, we’ll:
✅ Show inspiring examples of other communities that have successfully bought and run their local pubs.
✅ Share key findings on the feasibility of a community purchase.
✅ Outline our vision for how The Seven Tuns could be revitalised as a thriving village hub.
✅ Discuss fundraising – a community purchase will require significant investment, and we’ll explain how we can raise the funds together through community investment, grants, and local fundraising efforts.
✅ Listen to your views – should we take this forward together?
This is your pub, your village, your decision.
We can only make this happen with the support of the whole community. Whether you can invest, help fundraise, or simply spread the word, your involvement is crucial.
